I can't us...Sounds like you're in my world. I can't use but sparingly seed or nut butter but no, no sweet potatoes at all. I do enjoy my zucchinis which I am growing in my garden. You definitely could make the carrot cake fudge with coconut oil but you might want to add some pumpkin puree if you can have that. <br /><br />Good luck with your diet. It is definitely worth it although challenging. I would not be feeling as well as I am without out it. Well when I first looked at Paleo I thought....gosh that looks tough ..then I checked out AutoImmune Paleo....now guess what I'm exploring FODMAPS Autoimmune....double groan...but I'm going to do it!!!<br /><br />So for me no coconut butter or seed or nut butters...no sweet potato...but extra coconut oil - yes!
